Return Policy If you decide an item is not right for you, you can contact us for returns within fourteen (14) days after receiving your items.

Return Process:

  1. Get in touch with our customer service representative at support@allwinwholesale.com. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason.

  2. Our team will provide the return authorization and confirm the return instructions.

  3. Return Address: 3343 S Main St, Los Angeles, CA 90007, United States. (Please do not send items back without prior authorization).

  4. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

  5. Once we receive and inspect your package, we will promptly process your refund or exchange within 2-7 business days.

Please Note:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
